Terms of Service
Last updated July 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Bridge AI website, agent-readiness audit, and Agent-Readiness Watch subscription (together, the “Service”) operated by [Company legal name] (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Bridge AI probes a website the way AI agents do and reports where they can find, read, and transact with it. The free audit returns a score and top finding; paid tiers add scheduled re-probes, drift alerts, and additional reporting. We may change or discontinue features at any time.
2. Authorization to audit a site
You may only submit a URL that you own or are authorized to test. Running an audit against a site you do not control, or using the Service to probe systems without permission, is prohibited. You are responsible for the URLs you submit and for any consequences of testing them.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: reverse engineering, overwhelming our infrastructure, circumventing rate limits or paywalls, reselling results without permission, or using the Service to facilitate unlawful activity.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
5. Billing and subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are billed per site through our payment processor (Stripe) on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues through the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled as described on our pricing page.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its reports and generated fix artifacts, is provided for your use. We retain all rights in the Service itself. You retain rights in your own site content.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is”. Audit findings are automated, evidence-graded estimates and are not a guarantee of how any specific agent, crawler, or customer will behave. We do not warrant that acting on findings will produce any particular outcome.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, [Company legal name] is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the [12] months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
